What do you mean for a given word? PR is Page Rank. It is the rank of the page as Google's algo determines based on the weight of the incoming links. A genunine incoming link has more weight. Now how does Google's algo know if a link is genuine or paid? That is a million dollar question

We Can Know the page rank in the google toolbar. After installing the google toolbar it will ask for whether to enable page rank or not. Put enable option then you can see the page rank for every site.

    Get toolbar here toolbar.google.com

I think you'd like to know where can you see your current PR. It is answered by enquiries...

and still, your question is not clear. make it simple and understandable.

No. PR depends on the popularity of your site. But indirectly it will help you as better keywords, better SEO, better traffic

Page Rank is given for every page of the site. I think your asking about SERP of a specific keywords. Better if you would just check it manually for accurate results.
