    Hi all

Is there a table out there which can determine what your PR would be on the next update say if you had 10 PR1 backlinks or 2 PR 4 links all related to your niche then you would get PR 2/3/4?

No, Ofcourse. We dont know how google works. Many People just creating some fun predictor tools and misleading people. There is no suche niche that if we have 1 high pr backlink, we will get good pr.

It depends on internal backlinks and content.

I read something by Matt Cutts from google, can't remember exactly what he said but it was something like - he thinks it's kinda funny how much people talk and worry about PR when in reality it's just a tiny factor that hardly has an impact on your serps it's just a rough way to measure the quality of a web page.

It's impossible to build such a tool. No one knows Google's PR algorithm. Not to mention, no one knows which links Google knows about and/or considers a back link. The output from the link: operator at Google shows, typically, only a small sample of your back links and often includes links known to not be counted like NOFOLLOW link and links from URLs known to be under penalty. Even the inbound links displayed in Google's webmaster tools are only a sample. So unless Google changes their Toolbar to calculate Toolbar PR on the fly, such a tool will likely not exist in your or my lifetime.
