My question is that I remembered before, the above directories are the most popular directories and gained highest pr rank , mostly are 6-7 , however, now, they all went down to 4, sub pages even don't have any PR attached. Does this mean that google say no to directory business or just those big directories listed above? If the answer is yes, why my china directory still have PR improved ?

I really want to know the genuine answer to my question. btw, I got PR4 and PR3 site ranking too. However, PR 4 is too ordinary. From this PR drop, I assume that google will keep punish anyone who follow those big directories steps... how we going to do ?
Easy to explain... Too many pissed all over their "algo" They returned the favor by striping PR and also making the main term on page 6 Doesn't matter though... Lose 1 or 2 and compensate by building 100 more Nothing more nothing less.. laterz malcolm
Because directories are not link sellers. They should be charging for review/advertisement, not selling PR.
