Has anyone seriously had any success with this site? I mean they say they submit your articles... But that doesnt mean anything happens to them. Furthermore, you only get 5 anchored links a year for like 500.00 a yr subscription. Each one after that is 29.95.

I need some suggestions on this site or a better one for PR Releases - Thoughts?

They offer a free service also, Try them out first. There are numerous free press distribution sites on the web.

Never tried them. For real press releases I use PRweb.com which has always worked well for me, but it is quite pricey ($100-$1500 per release depending on the features you select).

If you are just trying to submit articles, try a service like isnare.com. It costs $2 to send out an article with 3 links. I've used them several times and you get anywhere from 25-200 backlinks over the months after you send it out. I still use them for most SEO projects.
