PR distribution, one or many?

    Quick question for you guys, is it better to distribute your PR to:

    - one quality PR site
    or
    - many quality PR sites
    or
    - many PR sites regardless of rank

    I would not concentrate so much on the PR of where the links or going, but instead concentrate on providing valuable resources that are related to the context or info on your website. ;)
