Hello frnds, Whats the reason for changing of my site's page rank. my site www.icbse.com was having a good PR 4 last week but now it is 0 Please help me. what can i do now to increase my PR !
One reason may be that the sites you got back links from will be diluted or disappeared or their own PR value may get dropped. To achieve or maintain a Good PR just keep posting/advertising your site on High PR sites.
Yep, it likely has something to do with your backlinks (or lack there of now). Did you recently buy the domain? It could have been dropped before you got your hands on it.
These things happen sometimes with no explanation the best thing you can do is not care about your pagerank and concentrate more on SEO and building up your search engine rankings.
I think my site Diamond Films is page rank 3 using firefox seo tool, but how else can I see what my page rank is?
This is 21 days old site and little BL. So u r wrong on it.. Also some time if u browse ur site with out closing the browser which contains PR4 site, this may happen and will keep the PR for u also. This is cache issue if u clear or browse again in new window will be 0
There are times that most of the things that happened is out of our control, there are many websites that if we review they are not so good (I saw a site here that did not achieve high quality backlinks and he has no time to build it for his site, but his site achieved PR5) But there are websites that their content has a quality and they had huge amount of backlinks but they still in Low Page Rank. I suggest, just keep posting quality content and build quality backlinks.

The Google Toolbar PR is getting stupid... so just ignore it. I launched a website and in 1 month with virtually no backlinks at all it got a PR2 lol.
Ignore the green bar and work on getting quality backlinks which would serve a lot in the long run. Do not just post to increase the number of posts and reduce the outlinks for the time being. Your site would hit the front page of google at the time of exams only and still there is sometime for that.
As far as I know- Yesterday, Google have PR update. My blog has no PR last Friday but yesterday, It received it's PR. I got PR 1 ate my casino games blog. It's hard to believe that the last Google PR was Dec. 30 then they make another PR Update after few weeks. Anyways, It gives me good results. Just an ironic thing in yours.
did you try the webmaster tools ? does it show you reduction in backlinks ?Always have a check on the webmaster account.incase you get slapped by google it comes very handy .
I also suffer the same, My website URL(http://www.aeesoft.com/ppc-campaign-management.html) have PR3 and now it have no PR, I don't now why Google give it no PR
keep working on getting quality BL that is the main reason why your site lost PR other wise its fine.
Have you made any major design changes or code changes ? If you have some redirection done on the page this can happen . Build quality backlinks and this will help you to regain your PR.
