I started my website around 3 months ago. Before last PR update I never done anything for my PR because I never had any Idea about it, but any way I got PR2. After I saw my PR2 I was motivated to do something for that. I submitted my website into around 1000 Directories. I add my deep links into digg, technorati, Delicio.us and many others.
I believe I could get a PR of minimum 4 by the next PR update.

After all, my question is:

Would I get better PR than 4 when I order your offer?

I am not exactly sure but I may be able to get you PR5 if you have around 1000 backlinks at the moment. If you don't I am sure I could get PR5.

Some of my sites have 1500 backlinks and I am still yet to reach PR 5 but I am sure I could work very hard to get you a PR of 5 for around $100.

Do we pay before or after PR goes up? Can you show some examples? And you can't just choose what PR is will become Google does.

wat do you mean by 1000-1500 backlinks? google backlinks or just backlinks .

but google pr depends on google backlinks (search "link:url") I don think google counts other backlinks that that.

really , i didnt know that. but how come i got only pr2 when i got 7000+backlinks (not google)?

 

This means that these 7000+ backlinks have no value, in google eyes.

Are these 7000 links are from different sites or 7000 sidewide links from a few sites with hundreds of pages ?
