PR Bouncing?

I haven't been keeping up on the Jagger updates and my question may have been addressed there - sorry for the potential duplicate.

Has anyone seen PR bounce? One of my sites was a PR5 3 weeks ago, then in the past 5 days jumped to PR6, then PR7, then back to PR5. I'm getting these numbers from the Google Toolbar for Firefox. Am I going crazy or is anyone else seeing this?

One of my sites jumped to PR6 across all data centers on seo-chat future page rank checker back when the pagerank update occurred. It has since gone back down on all these datacenters to PR4.

I have a homepage with a PR 4 and subpages of the same site with a PR of 5. These subpages have no IBLs. Any one else see anything like this?

This is actually happening on a few of my sites.

When Jagger first started by blog dropped from PR5 to 2, now it's at 4 lol, all within 2 weeks.

I have seen this on a few sites that seemed to grow links to the root quickly. After the next update, everything seemed to flaten out.

I had an internal page go to a PR 6 today, when my homepage is just a PR5. It's a giveaway page that I advertise on other sites -- so it does have some related backlinks. I just announced the contest last month, so the page is relatively new?

Is this normal to have subpages with higher PR than the homepage?

I'd be doing backflips if I managed to get my homepage to PR6.
