Pr bot banning

Does anybody know how many pagerank requests you can do in quick succession before google blocks you from querying pagerank?, It does block you it know this for sure.

 

U do not need to request for PR. it will be done by google after indexing ur website and good quality Backlinks .

 

I mean to get the PR value

 

the op is asking how many times they can make a request to google for a pr update for any given site
I'm sure it says in google's TOS, but I would keep it under 20 an hour if you can.

 

well I do about 150 in under 1 minute and it starts to slow and then denies any further requests for 2/3 hours, I just wanted to know the official amounts?

 

There are many desktop SEO software has been banned from automate query PR or website ranking position already. I am not sure how many times Google allowed but they just apply the software and its header to help their blockade.

The two I noticed are - SEO Elite / SEO Administrator.

I wonder if it blocks the source IP or the header??

 

Glad to know this info..On of my friend is using SEO Elite SO I think I have to inform him to stop working with automated software..

 

Did you make the program/script yourself or is it an existing program?
