Gotta love it. This moron is advertising spam. Garbage programs like this are one of the biggest problems on the web. And. there are numerous, VERY effective programs that block this type of web disease. So unless you want your IP banned across thousands of servers I'd go elsewhere. Hopefully this thread will be deleted.
From what I can tell after trying this, it finds Wordpress.com blogs. Wordpress.com uses nofollow links for comments. Not much PR from nofollow links.
