I hope this is the right thread to post this ? because DP is picky about there stuff, anyway i got this free site its been up for maybe 8 months or so at the most, is html is full of affiliate links its basically a catalog of affiliate links Toollab.tripod.com anyways i was surprised about a week ago when i noticed it got a pr 4 from 0. But i was also sad to find that pr4 had nothing to do with serps, as far as i know, I'm still not listed for any keyword on the serps. is there a certain amount of time it takes to get listed after you've been rated? or is there other key points that determine serp listing?

maybe you should try or start to optimise your site and start or continue your link building. try to reasearch the Inpage and Offpage optimization it will give you idea.

Why would a search engine rank a catalog of affiliate links highly? Your site has to be better than the others to rank above them, it doesn't happen by magic.
