pr and index

    If you do not get indexed in Google, you will not get PR. If Google refuses to add you to their index or you are banned from it, they will not update your PR. If it already had PR, it will still be there until the next update.

    Your site must be indexed first before you can see some backlinks of your site. But it takes time to see your backlinks because google update backlinks every three months.

    The PR is just a number thing, its just a mesure of your websites value among other websites.
    Your PR is constantly updating as long as your getting/losing back links.
    You will not get a "PR" before index.
