hrmmmmm interesting concept.

However, I think that in order for such a tool to exist, we would need some sort of trusted panel of authoritive figures to pretty much factor in what is most useful and should/could be used.

They are so many factors, and of course a tool as such would and should only be used in a 'fun' factor sort of way.

edit: I am inspired; guys, tell me what to add to the bls.php and I will see about it tonight. give me some sites that you feel are worthy on trying to poll for results, and I will see if I can get them in there. i added yahoo directory(unsure of the accuracy) and furl and msn just for the fun of it. what else?

You need to work on the design of that page.

 

PR is mainly what I go for in a directory, but sometimes the PR is useless, even though you may get a link on a PR5 page it might not pass anchor text.

 

All of them Sir . All of them are important when you are marketing a directory.

 

Richie, i prefer results over design. that can come later. hint*** especially when you will be able to play designer with it for your own directory
