    This PR7 is manipulated ofcourse, it has NONE higher PR (PR6,7,8...) natural backlinks, actually it has NONE any PR natural backlinks, so its real PR is PR0.
    By manipulating the PR of the domain this criminal succeeded to bypass those stupid "fake pr checkers" which basically just check if the domain is indexed on Google.
