PR 6 site violation Adsense TOS !!! :eek:

How does such a site get a PR 6?

I find it strange that so many people would link to this.

 

It strikes me as a bit bizarre - their other pages appear top be compliant with just one adsense block. I also note that this "links" page has no route through from their other pages.

It looks almost as if they have "forgotten" about this page.

Its crazy that they are risking their account this way - especially with a PR6 site.

Maybe someone could try emailing them first to see if they really are aware of this. Of course it is THEIR responsibility to ensure they are compliant but that one page does seem to be a bit of an abberation when you compare it to the other pages on the site.

 

Seems like an employee/webmaster of the website/company messed it up, and made the page to make some quick money using the company website. The Big brothers of the company probably don;t even know.

This was the first thing I was looking at too and found the link at the footer of each page, serving no real purpose down there.

This looks like a classic landing page for throwing traffic at so each visitor only has the option to click an ad which could result in some very high income, depending on how much traffic they are throwing at the page that is.

 

You can easily do that, without mail or toolbar.
just click on the "ads by gooooooogle" it will take you to a new page where you will find a link which say "Send Google your thoughts on the ads you just saw"
If the site is violating TOS choose "report a violation" from the subject drop down, write down the feed back and hit send. thats it.

I am agree with you Honey, The site is a classic example of paradox.

Is top class, and below the footer its lousy.
What I feel, its a work of greedy asshole Web Developer who made the site.
For extra quick bucks, he put his own ads on the site, and the persons behind the main company dont even know about it.
I am not sure 100%, but it may be possible as I have seen a similar story.

 

This is wild!!

I actually know the couple that owns this hosting company and have worked with them in the past at my last job. They actually live just a mile or two from my apartment. Isnt it crazy how the internet turns everything into such a small world!

 

Wow, i saw so many link in it but put remarked, if you its page source. Maybe its testing on something? and on the homepage, there is a lot of "contact us" link.
