PR 6 site - shop site and name - need to sell it FAST!

Due to cash need circumstances I have to sell the site ASAP
while I was not planning to sell this one any time soon.
I purchased the domain in July while it was a PR 5, and
in order to preserve and grow it's ranking I set a copy of an
e-Bay shop site that I have running under a different domain.

With the last PR update of 2 days ago it became a PR 6,
so please, do not ask me questions like:
"Is this a dropped domain".
As I am saying here above - I purchased it while it was
a PR 5 and just dropped.

I wasn't planning to sell this site any time soon. The idea
was that the site will provide PR 5 and later PR6 links to
other sites & blogs of mine, and the fact that it is an e-Bay
shop site made it an easy one to have and forget, no work
needed - while collecting payments from cj.com.

I placed Adsense 2 weeks ago and it has not produced any
income as yet with it. If you promote it and have an Amazon or
an eBay shop with it you'll be able to create a nice income with
it next to the Adsense etc ads. It needs traffic and promotion.
