PR 6 Site for Sale - Auction

    The site is www.mysticcreatures.info. It has very good search engine rankings. Do a search for mystical creatures or mystic creatures, for example, and you'll see what I mean. As you can see, it is well submitted to the directories and such: http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=li...Search&fr=FP-tab-web-t&toggle=1&cop=&ei=UTF-8

    The site does not currently make much as far as revenue, but I believe that could change for someone who put a bit more content on the site and AdSense ads on the more information pages (currently only the index page has AdSense).

    I didn't have stats setup for this one, but I do know for 100% sure that it gets more than 4000 page views per month, because that's about the average from AdSense, and since that is on the homepage alone, it is most likely quite a bit more.

    We will start the bidding at $250. The BIN is $600. Payment can be via PayPal (or credit card if you do not have PayPal). The auction will end at 12 noon on Thursday, EST (unless BIN).

    It went through the toolbar update of Feb 18 before that also. So, the PR did not change on the April update...

    PS - I imagine a lot of its PR is from the alivedirectory listing (it's the only one in that category). I will leave this listing in place also.
