PR 6 Site + Complete Software Business

This is more than just a PR6 site for sell. This is for a PR6 site as well as a complete software business.

The software is a very complete graphics package for photo manipulation, batch image format conversion, annotation, thumbnail browsing, screen capture, twain acquire, and a lot more. You will have 100% rights to this software product. You can give it away as a promotional tool, promote and sell it, or whatever else you want to do with it. The only thing that is not included is the source code. I agree to make any basic modifications needed to it for you, such as changing the contact information inside the program, web site links, and such as that.

The software used to sell quite well. However, it was never my main focus, and I switched focus completely to other products and stopped putting any promotion into this one. It has never had directory submissions or such done for it also. With a little work, you could get good sales from it; or, as I mentioned before, you can use it as a free promotional tool as well.

One important factor: I sold a number of permanent text links on this site. These links must remain in place. I will provide information on which ones exactly to the buyer.

    The web site is www.thethinktanksoftware.com

I am looking for offers in the $3000 - $5500 range, with $5500 being the buy it now price. PM me your offer if interested.

Another member just reminded me of something I should have mentioned. All links to this site are 100% natural. It does not have one single paid link. It has some really high quality links too, such as this PR8: http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/pngaped.html

Sorry; I'd be better off to keep it than sell for that amount...

    How many links should remain?
You sold permanent text links and now you sell the site?

I´m interested in the site but only if you sold not more than 3-4 permanent links. If you sold more I´m not interested because buying for a high amount a site to give PR to others instead my own sites does not look serious.

The price is higher because it includes the software. If I were selling the site alone, it would be for less. Most of the links can go, though. If anyone wants exact numbers, PM me.

I counted 52 outgoing links on the home page. How many of these must be kept in place due to prior arrangements?

How much traffic and revenue/profit does the site have?

About 20 need to be kept on the homepage. Most on the subpage links are to my pages and can be removed (more than on the homepage). As for income, the software sales were higher back when the it was launched, but I amandoned it completely for other projects (not enough time). The site is very strong with 100% natural links, including some high PR ones. If the buyer puts come keyword rich links to the site, the rankings and traffic will increase a lot (since it is already a strong site, it should not take much). Software sales (or whatever you ended up doing with it) would also increase. In addition, the site does not currently have any AdSense or Yahoo ads. That could be added for another source of income. That being said, the site's current income is only from software sales, which generates about $40-$80 per month. The site/software has no expenses whatsoever. It is currently on a server with other sites of mine. If you do not have the ability to add it to an existing account of yours, hosting would be the only expense.

No problem. I probably should have done this a little differently since the sale was primarily for the software. I should have worded it as the sale being for the software, and not including the web site (domain) at all, but offering the content from the web site that could be put onto someone's own domain and all links then removed. The PR6 site was meant mainly as a "bonus" on this sell.

If you are selling a "complete software business" than why isn't the source code being provided? Why would you want to retain it if not to compete or sell it again to someone else?

Because the source code is worth a lot more than the $5500 BIN.
