I came across it on directory critic's new listings page. I don't submit to PR0 pages unless it's to help somebody on the forum, so I was (temporarily) pleased to see a PR6 that I had not submitted to previously. Suspicious, but pleased; then disappointed.

I'd like to ask another question, is there any way the owner of this dropped domain could make good and promote enough to keep the PR up? I was wondering if this is a wise strategy in some aspects.
