    I am considering to sale my site http://www.hk0.org a 3 character domain with PR 6. I have never tried to accept featured and link in this directory which the buyer can use all those featured and partners links to earn to this site.

    What about the sites in the bottom (Featured Listing)
    If they are not long term links my bid is good.

    If they are sold for long time I may re-consider my offer.

    In some cases and I am not saying thats the case here,but directories can be started on a domain URL that is PR 6 and of course then the other pages are
    PR 0

    Once again repeat I am not saying that is true here, but I have seen it done many times thats all, so that is why I offered an opinion

    I am not really sure why other data center not showing the same PR, the directory was started early November last year and all the links at the bottom of the site are temporary and the link at the left side is a link exchange.

    If you got the PR6 by using a PR8 link, how long is the PR8 link going to stay after you sell the site?

    Are all the DC's showing PR6 now?
    (At least most of them?)

    Actually the PR 8 link was gone already since September I guess. But I have submitted this site to directories and articles directories.

    The PR of the site will be retain depeding on the new owner how he/she work on it. If you continuesly building the link popularity of the site for sure it will remain or even go higher. But if you stop then expect pr will be loose

    Whether the PR6 is achieved after creating the directory or directory was creating on a existing PR6 domain?
