PR 5 Video Site (PR 4 Internal Pages)

So, my husband is still out of work and I need cash fast

I was selling this site before but no one bought it because the PR had not updated. Now the homepage is PR 5 and the internal pages are mostly PR 4.

averages about 2800 + Uniques so far a month with no real advertising.

I have sold one footer link and have sold one text link ad = ~25 per month there.
It was averaging $20-$45 per month with Adsense, then in February I noticed Adsense wasn't working. The site is NOT banned. I can provide proof from an email from google. Just someone with php knowledge needs to remove the ads from the 'babe' section. I know zero about how to do this. Right now I put on YP and it is earning ~.45¢ a day.

I am looking for offers in the mid to upper XXX range. ( average of text link sales + average of adsense x10 + pr)
