    I am looking to sell a site that I have not the resources or the time to keep up any more the domain is a few years I got it on Thu Oct 09 20:37:09 GMT 2003 the income is ~500/m form Adsense. I can provide screen shots if need be. The income has been steady for a few months now I reworked the ads on the site and the income doubled so I can show steady income of 500+ for the last 3 months with a little drop this month.

    The reason I am selling this site is I had an account with Link Vault and it was deleted and I lot all the links pointing to the site besides a few good links that provide traffic. So the person who buys this site should see good income for the next few months if they rebuild the links. Most of the traffic is from yahoo but some from google and MSN.

    I will provide traffic report for as long as I have logs for I thank its a year or more. The site has has some great rankings in yahoo that sends the traffic that converts to clicks. Last 3 months CTR is 23.06% and cpc is nice so that puts the ECPM a Little higher then mid double digits.

    My asking price is $4K the site will repay that back in 8 months if the links are rebuilt.
