PR 5 site on sale

One of my clients is planning to sell his site http://www.securityalertz.com

Details:

• PR 5 including lot of inner pages with good PR.
• Co-Op weight fluctuates between 25K to 30K (screenshot attached)
• Domain name is registered till 30 Nov 2010
• Not all the content is unique as it contains security exploits, virus alerts etc.
• 5 links from Linkworth worth $10 income each per month
• Not using AdSense as the client dosent have an account. Site is not banned you can check using the preview tool or email Google.
• Kontera income is about 3-5$ daily
• Stats can be seen at http://www.securityalertz.com/Stats.html
• Site is made using PostNuke.
• ShortUrls and Cold Steel sitemaps are installed for better SEO
• Some scripts like print, meta desc are changed by the owner for better SEO.
• Selling as the owner dosent have time to update the site and also need some quick money.

It keeps on changing due to the changes going on in Google. Some ppl see above 10,000 pages some see less. The co-op screenshot is the latest, the date can be seen in the SS.

Right now bigdaddy is showing weird site: results compared with that of the api...

 

I see 34,000 pages indexed, but most seem to be supplemental results which are pages from the open directory.

How many pages of content does the site actually have?

 

Site has about 2000 Articles plus other pages.

Here is 5 reasons not to buy this site.

1) It is publically listed for sale on a very high publicity forum.
2) You are using PR as a major selling factor of the site (bad idea)
3) You are using COOP weight as a major selling factor of this site (bad idea)
4) You have assloads of supp results in bigdaddy
5) You spammed me to this thread which means you probably pissed off me and many others to this url.. not smart.

So to answer your question.. No, I do not want to buy your site.
