Selling pagerank 5 and many inner pagerank 4 pages unique script selling business with NO revenue.

I am a web developer but it looks like I am not good at marketing hence why I am selling my website www.scriptsmate.com

It runs on wordpress with woocommerce + a custom bootstrap powered theme.
