    Hey guys,

    Due to a few personal reasons, I have lacked time to manage and promote some of my sites. Therefore I have decided to sell one of them and hopefully the next owner can bring out it's full potential.

    Just the license cost me $70.

    The site also is custom designed with the design integrated into autotutorials. You will receive full rights to the design~

    Currently the site does not receive any revenue or much visitors. Only around 200 unique visitors / month.

    Currently only a few tutorials, work will be needed of adding more tutorials to the site. But after a good traffic flow comes, tutorials will be added by users very naturally.

    The script you have mentioned. I feel it is too expensive.

    I coded it myself. I am a PHP noob and it didn't take more than a day or 2.
    I'm sure such a site can be easily coded within a day by a PHP expert.

    I noticed this too. Also when I clicked on the tutorial it's redirected to another site? Is this tutorial from your other site?

    I checked out the site and the coding is bad, in FF the tables are messed up and the tutorials look all messy. might wanna fix this.

    the tables were messed up for me on my first visit too. But i don't know why. When i refreshed the page, they aligned well.
    This repeats for me everytime, i visit the site.
