I need PR5 Permanent one-way links. 2 PR5 Links for a UK SEO Client and 4 PR5 links for a furniture client. Please let me know if you can help me out. I will supply the keywords, urls, and descriptions to use. Link Quality Requirements 1. The placement URL where the Permanent Link is placed may not have any suggestion of free links or buying links. In addition, the word “link†or “links†cannot be in the placement URL. 2. Links are guaranteed for 3 months from date of placement and you are required to replace if the placement URL no longer resolves or is not visible. 3. Placement page must have the required PR (at a minimum) at time of placement. We pay out by PR we order. If we order PR 1 and you supply higher PR, we still pay-out at PR 1. If we order a PR2 and you supply a PR1, you will not be paid for that placement. 4. Placement URL must be cached within 30 days prior to placement for PR2 and above and within 45 days for PR1. 5. Nofollow tags, javascript redirects, or redirects of any kind are not allowed. No job boards, classifieds, or pages that contain iframes. 6. All permanent links require a unique description. Description must be 1-2 sentences and have proper grammar and spelling. You can repeat the description up to 5 times maximum. 7. All placement URLS for a client must have 100% unique IP address. 8. Placement page must not contain adult, pharmacy, or gambling links unless the client’s category is adult, pharmacy, or gambling. 9. Placement page category must be relevant to client’s category and keywords. 10. Any location where link is placed must have 50 or less Outbound Links. 11. Links must be clearly visible on placement page. 12. The site/page language must be English unless otherwise noted. I do not want blog comments. I need directory-style links with a description.
