    Website: http://www.smartmindmedia.com/

    Website Statistics: http://www.smartmindmedia.com/webstats/
There is only 1 month of stats. The site has been active for about 6 months producing traffic, but my hosting company reset their stats system last month, so I only have stats from November.

The only advertising I paid for is from FlushTheWeb.com and AllFunnyPictures.com
The AllFunnyPictures advertising ended Nov 3rd as you can see on the stats page.
FlushTheWeb.com advertising will continue with a link on their main page. I can't remember how long I payed for this advertising.

I get between 200-300 unique visitors a month from search engine traffic.
About 200-300 vistors/month come from wikipedia.org online encyclopedia.
Other traffic comes from link partners or bookmarks/word of mouth.

Revenue Produced - Not Sure - I haven't really put any advertising on the site. I wanted to get everything setup the way I wanted it before I put advertising on the site.

    Why am I selling?
I have other business ventures I want to work on instead. I don't want to put the time into this site.

    Is this an Auction? YES
    Starting Bid: $100
    Bid Increment: $25

Auction Ends: Sunday, November 27 at 5pm Eastern Time

    There is no backend admin.
All pages are html, the content pages that are php pull information from the url.
    Example:
    The picture pages
    http://www.smartmindmedia.com/pictures/animals/index.php?id=18&pic=18

The index page pulls the text for this picture from 18.txt in the /pictures/animals/ folder. Same thing for the picture.
The next and previous buttons are simple +1 and -1 for id= and pic=

All the content pages are setup like this.

It makes it easier to edit pages. There are probably 100-200 pages to the site, but if I didn't have these php pages to display pictures/jokes... there would probably be over 1000 pages. That would make for a lot of editing if you ever want to change something.

I hope you can understand this okay. If you want I can post one of the php pages so you can see the simple script. I'm not a php programmer, I figured out how to write this from simple tutorials, so it's actually very easy to understand.

wow what a waste - you could have got heaps more for it - i'd have at least doubled that if you'd have bothered to contact me after my bid .... don't advertise a end date unless your gona stick to it ... geez ....

Nevermind - congrats on the sale.

It is me who bought it. I do not know about forum rules here, but saying a sale for a price is waste is not good in my opinion. More over sale for a BIN price is always welcome and done on many forums whether BIN expressly told or not. If the site is so good, one could have offered high price right away. I did not offer 100 rather offered 250 and there are reasons why I chose that amount.

Once the sale is over, it is not nice to say I would have offered doubled or what ever, especially when it is said, sale over.

    Thanks

yes the site is worth double or more what you paid for it.

gamehouse i understand why you would feel that having some one say they would have payed double would kind of upset you since you got a steal.

But yes i would have payed alot more then what you offerd and not thaught about it for a second.

Guess i missed another good deal since had to work 18 hours today :(

    Thanks for understanding.

I was particulary offended to the coment, "what a waste". It was not warranted.

    Thanks again,

    Gamehouse
