    Payments paid long time back -- domain has not yet been transferred.

    So- I opened an escalated dispute on Paypal transaction - and will close the dispute it only after domain is fully transferred.

    Lets see if he/she is genuine or SCAMMER!

    Well I guess he is a scammer, he/she still offered me the domain with content today. Didn't answer anymore when I wanted proof of ownership.
