Without telling us the domain, can you at least tell us if it is a word or if it makes sense?

    a PR5 for $150 is extremely good!

Does it come with relevant backlinks? You know people can spoof PR.

It makes no sense. Having PR 5 and no idea is useless.
You never know it may loose its PR anytime

As the domain name itself doesn't appear to be related to any theme or have any keywords, it will be hard to build a site around.

In addition, a quick check through a couple of different sources doesn't show a website related to this domain. It would be hard for an expired name to hold a PR of 5 for any length of time. I'd be careful with it. A true PR 5 domain would be worth far more than $150.00 (IMHO).

don't change the theme, just keep it what it currently is. If you don't know what it was, look in the internet archive.

if the pagerank is well traffic must come along with it. Keep them and use them!

    Good luck!
