Your Directory seems to have a forged PR. I entered the URL into numerous PR checkers and they all said it was fake.

please explain.

It is just another scammer with a crappy dropped domain, this one used to be Central Asian Alliance for Water, hence CAAW.net - here is the archive.org link for Feb, 2008 http://web.archive.org/web/20080207205740/http://www.caaw.net/
