    The only thing SCAM here is you trying to sell a real / valid PR 5 site when in fact, it isn't.

    let-s say the domain has a fake PR, but the domain is worth more than 280$ (the money i sell)

    and GODADDY appraise team said that...so the domain is worth the money, i don-t know what your problems are...
