    PR5 looks outdated...Link influence is very low, you check it out on http://www.openlinkprofiler.org/ Therefore $1000 is way over priced...message me if you willing to put the price down...thanks

    The site is one year old and it has outdated PR5 after examination it's an dropped aged domain that you used for this site which is ok. That being said i do not see any ads on the site so i assume 0 revenue. Assuming traffic not so high as well. I can go a $150. This is the real value of the site. PM me if you decide to be a little more realistic.
