Selling PR 5 Aged Tech Site, Anyone wanna send their offers?

I am not sure if this is the right time to post this but I might sell this PR 5 Blog if I get a good offer. The only income I generate from this was by selling expensive backlinks to SEO consultants from $100 to $150/yr. I do not have time anymore to solicit backlink sales and basically this is too boring for me. I am not very good at keeping the blog fresh and updated and hence this post.

Basically, it is a valid, aged, PR 5 with backlinks and solid EDU backlinks to have a rock solid PR and growing. It has been PR 5 since many months and expect to grow if you keep blog fresh and do some SEO.

It is Godaddy, so I will give free push. Blog is ofcourse wordpress based, will give the full blog, completely unique content with premium Mashable like theme.
Traffic, even I have no idea what the traffic is, I did not even care because I was not updating it nor earning by adsense, only backlink income whenever I tried to get customers.

If you are experienced in SEO field and backlinks sale business, you will know the value of this site perfectly, just run some reports like majestic, google etc to see that it is valid and solid strong PR and blog with keywords in Google as well.

Send me serious offers, I am not selling you dropped domain or a cheap junk here. Instead of selling it for cheap, I'd rather keep it and sell a link when I have time. who wrote the articles and how many articles are there?

 

Articles are written by different people, recent ones by writers on DP and freelance writers, if article has backlink it was provided by the guest post for paid post because I charge extra if I have to provide content for the link buyer. How many articles? even I don't know, many dozens of them, you will find many pages of blog post listing if you keep going back in time.

Please remember, with Google's crackdown on crappy link farms and link directories, SEO savvy business owners and consultants will now begin to pay higher price for backlinks from legitimate sites to avoid getting blacklisted. Manual link selling will be in higher demand compared to those bulk link offers which mostly resulted in SPAM and penguin's hit for those who used such method. So, please calculate the benefits when you make offer, I might not list it again if I am unable to get a good deal this week. Thanks for everyone who showed interest, good luck.
