Selling PR 5, 4-months-old AUTO-PILOT web application featured on high profile sites

4-months-old AUTO-PILOT web application featured on high profile sites

• Auto-pilot, low maintenance
I have not done any advertising or managed the files on this website for the past 3 months. I basically set it there and let it run on it's own. Even without active advertising, this site is still gaining visitors and features on blogs and websites.
The only maintenance you'd need to do, is to pay for the web hosting, and maybe clean up unused images that are taking up space. I have not removed any images for the past 3 months, and it's taking up only 234.08MB space in all.
• Unique illustration, website design
Ninja illustration was done in Photoshop (3000px). I have source files for both designs, in organized layers too.
• PHP application w/ backend, low footprints
I handcoded this application in (object-oriented) PHP w/o any frameworks. In all honesty, this application is rather simple and to the point, so a framework would have bogged it down instead.
No database needed.
• PR5 domain, unique and brandable
Features and blog posts
I didn't include all, just those that I consider to rather high-profile. A Google search will yield more results :)

I'm sure there are more, I'll include them when I recall.

1. Lifehacker
http://lifehacker.com/5356871/txtninja-stashes-your-text-inside-images
2. Komando
http://www.komando.com/coolsites/index.aspx?id=7313
3. Makeuseof
www.makeuseof.com/dir/txtninja-convert-text-into-picture/
4. 100shiki.com
A reeeally high-profile Japanese website. I think it's the entire ninja thing that captivates them (the Japs). It's been featured on this website 4 months ago, and traffic is still coming from there. I lost the link to the exact blog post, but a Google search should do the trick.

PR5 domain
I am not bullshitting you here. My Google toolbar and a few PR checkers all affirmed that it's a PR5. Check it for yourself.
Must include ("www")

Traffic and Adsense information
For the first 2 months, traffic was really high. It peaked at 7000+ uniques on one day because of the Komando feature. Some other days clocked in at 2000+ and 3000+. I didn't do ANY OTHER advertising, other than submitting it to killerstartups.com and a few forum posts. So after the features died down, uniques averaged 200 to 300 per day.
For the next 2 months (uptil now), traffic dwindled to an average of 50 per day.

Ranks first page for keywords such as 'hide text'. About 7% organic traffic for the past month.

--

I only put up Adsense from the second month onwards. It averaged $2/day for the first 2 months. For the next 2 months, it dropped to about $1/day.

Screenshots and guest account for Google analytics will only be provided to interested and legitimate buyers.

Why I'm selling
I've lost interest in this website after the first month. It's not much of a social website that the webmaster needed interact with his visitors or anything. And the fact that I didn't need to check the website at all didn't help. So basically, the website didn't need me.

I could have just let the website sit there and collect $$, but I felt that it's entire potential'd be wasted here (honest! not bullshit).

I think someone else could milk the cash out of this gem here better than me.

Hosting
If you want, you can leave the website on it's current host. Indichosts.net. Support's pretty neat, and prices are reasonable too. 1GB space + 10GB bandwidth for $3.20 per month. The website is only using 200+MB of space and I'm not too sure how much bandwidth (never checked), but it should be around 1GB+

Offers
Please PM or post here.
Be reasonable. It's a unique and custom application built from scratch, with a unique design and cute ninja. Plus it has a PR5 domain to boot.

Average of $1.50/day for 4 months = $45 per month.
With the 10month rule, that should be around $450, just based on ad revenue.

Unique coded design + illustration = $150
(I was quoted $200 JUST for the PSD by one webdesigner, keep in mind this is coded and tested valid in major browsers.)

Handcoded PHP application source code (all commented) = $100
Just an estimate, I never did freelance.

PR5 domain = ???
No idea here, but should be more than $150 right? You'll earn it all back just by placing paid links.

Total = ???

Min increment: $50
BIN: 1111/-

PM or email at (faster).
I will only accept escrow.

Thanks guys. Upon request, I've posted proof of ownership at the bottom of the 'about' page.

For the skeptics, please PM me with your gmail address (must be a Google email address) so I can invite you to view the Google Analytics. As for the adsense, is there some way I can prove it other than screenshots?

Got a private bid via email for $1000. Let's see how it goes. Cheers.

Awaiting reply from potential buyer. Will give him 24 hours before I'm no longer bound by his BIN.

Is the auction continuing to a specific time frame. It seems the bin was hit too fast imo.

Hi,

Could you please explain yourself? I wanted to state that this auction'd end before the year did, but someone beat me to the BIN, so I guess there was no need to.

I thought auctions ended once someone decides to 'Buy It Now', regardless of the timeframe of the auction.

I was wondering if you were continuing to accept bids since the buyer didn't pay on the spot.
