    The design is quite nice, but I didn't find any history on archive.org about this domain.
    So the website can easily become PR0 in the next pagerank update, can't it?

    Hi Mihail,

    We picked a 8 year old domain to work on. We have build PR9 profile backlinks on it and are building more links to ensure PR doesn't drop.
    Rest is up to Big G , as we all know :) Ofcourse the new owner will also have to work on maintenance.

    2). Its PR 4 and we have PR9+ profile links. If it maintains or not, is up to new owner's maintenance and Google :)
