    Overview

    This site was created about a year ago by myself. It is all static pages with the exception of the magazine area which is an rss article feed.

    I have not touched this site since I first set it up. 95% of the content is unique and was written by me.

    It currently gets on average 10,500 page views a month, and 5050 unique visitors.

    It makes over $500 /mo in adsense and affiliate commission.

    Day-to-Day Running

    The site currently requires no work at all (I've not touched it since I first created it about a year ago). However it could do with some fresh content to keep it ranked well, and a few pages need content adding as I never got round to finishing them off.

    Traffic

    Traffic is all from search engines, see the [may referers] and the [may search terms].

    On average the site gets over 5,000 uniques and 10,000 page views a month. This is on an upwards trend with May receiving 6,852 uniques and 13,461 page views.

    Revenue

    Revenue is primarily from Google Adsense, but also a healthy sum from affiliate commission. Affiliate stuff is done via tradedoubler.co.uk but most of the programs are mirrored on CJ.com.

    Earnings this year are (affiliate income is in UK pounds so I have converted to dollars for the overview):

    Apart from the small dip in Feb & March (I don't know why it dipped) the revenue is rising.

    Reason for Selling

    I simply have no interest in the site and would like to raise some capital to invest in other projects.

    Domain registrar ? Current affiliates are easy to be replaced with cj ?

    Is there any reason why the affiliate screenshot amounts do not match the affiliate income amounts?

    I have not paid for any advertising apart from submission to 350 directorys (which was done last week), I hav been using the COOP. Those links are old LV links i've forgotten to remove. I have not used LV to promote it.

    Site doesn't appear to be indexed in google, I think this is because the content is stale. All traffic comes from yahoo / msn and other search engines.

    The affiliates should be easy enough to replace with CJ. Although I think tradedoubler do take on publishers from all ove rthe world so you might be able to just create an account with them.
