PR 4 site with adsense revenue

The deal.
Site is pretty new.
About 2 months old.
I paid $200 for the domain because it has thousands of One Way Backlinks..
When I say thousands these are not some sitewide links that you link from wordpress blog with 100 pages you instantly get 500 links including tag pages, categories, archives.

More than a Thousand different URLs linking to it including PR 6 links.

Luckily, all the inbound links are from a VERY targetted Niche.
So I created a site on that Niche..
I recreated all internal pages that had a link

And guess what site started to rank.
And guess what again..
Site made $20 from adsense last month.. from organic traffic.

I am looking for offers..

A ) 200 for the domain +
B) 300 for 15 months revenue +
C) 200 for my effort recreating pages and getting links through exchanges for target keywords.
D) PR 4 X 10 links at $ 5 a month is another $50 a month.. I will only take 5 month multiple so make it another 250

I was planning to add lyrics and stuff... But letting go...
