PR 4 - Porsche Forum For Sale

    Due to the lack of time I have to devote to further growing my Porsche Forum... I have decided to sell it.

    It has a PR 4 rank. 283 members and the site isn't a year old yet. The 968 guys are VERY active on the site.

    It is running an owned vBulletin licensed software, the php classifieds and photo gallery are all integrated into it.

    I am selling the site as it is with all these owned licensed software applications.

    It is currently hosted on godaddy.com. I'll transfer the domain name and all the appropriate license upon receipt of payment.

    The site currently is getting 8,000 - 10,000 unique page views per month.

    The site is located at www.clubstuttgart.net

    I am asking $4,500 for the site. There are a few advertisers that paid. I made over $1,000 within the first 60-90 days in advertising. I have since not pursued renewals or anything... hence time is the reason to work the site the way it needs to be.

    Porsche is VERY strict on using their name. So ClubStuttgart is a great fit and name. When people hear Stuttgart, they know Porsche.

    I think he means guys that have the Porsche model 968, 830 unique threads with a total of 3k+ posts to those threads and of course 283 registered members.
