pr 4 niche site for sale

    hey guys

    I'm interested in selling a niche site about air filters
    that i never got the chance to fully develop

    The domain is www.4airfilters.info
    Google pagerank is 4!
    the site content is totaly unique!
    as you can see the site is a niche so if you are willing to add some info to it im sure it will get even better pr and traffic (from se) therefore more adsense clicks.
    It has minimal traffic, but managed to earn $11.73 on Adsense last month, with just 14 clicks (high CPC). With a bit more content development, this site could probably generate a good amount of income.

    Can you tell me about linktrace.info? Looks like all your backlinks are from that site, but it is now a parking page.

    edit: Many directory BL's from Yahoo and MSN upon further investigation. BLs look solid.
