PR 4 File hosting site for sale (7 months old)

I started this site (YonoUP.com) back in March just to share some files with friends but it started to get more traffic after a while and some people spread the word about it in some forums so it gets steady average of 4000 uniques / month for the past 7 months which are the site age already.


The site has PR 4 for the home page and all the sub pages are PR 3

It has an admin back end where you can change many settings and burn unused files and ban IPs and check the files hosted and delete any of them when needed and the script doesn't require a database so no high load on server. I have edited the script to get search engine friendly urls like this one

I did no advertising for the site yet it gets good traffic which has been steady for months and you can increase this traffic easily when you want by just sharing some files with online communities and people will just use the site to upload their files but I don't do this because I was using this a hobby not business and I didn't intend to make it popular from the first place.


The site gets low revenue (52$ for all the 7 months) because I don't promote it and because the current traffic is coming from countries that are not converting well in advertising so changing site owner and by using the word of a mouth the traffic Geo can improve to get traffic that pays high.

However, the site gets an average of 300 daily impressions and average of 6% CTR which has a good potential if visitors come from high paying countries.

The Domain Yonoup.com is so nice,short and appealing and comes with the .net as well with free push.

I will move the site data to the buyer for free if he has cPanel with root access or else he will have to move it himself.
