    Asking 500 for it, open to other offers in that range. Trying to unload it as I don't have the time to work on it much anymore

    It have around 7 PR3 pages along with the PR4 main page.

    I have been selling links and blog posts since august of last year and totaled over 300 dollars and adsense brings in around 1 dollar a day if not a few cents more depending on the day

    NO there is no significance. Just a name I have had for over 3 years now.

    I have an offer of 375 on the table in PMs but am looking for 425 minimum, anyone able to do this for me?

    425 - paypal would pay off some medical bills - the reason I am selling - If you have other offers please let them known as I will entertain close, solid offers
