    Bought it in June with a dropped domain and spent 5 months time etc bringing it up to a genuine PR.

    The sites just got their first proper ranking by Google. The golf site was a PR0 and I have taken maybe $100 over the past 4 months.
    ssdc was a homepage PR4 with no sub-page PR ranking pages. It has taken more than it cost...about $200 over the same period.
    Since ranking 4 days ago I have taken $40 in listings.
    Its ranked 7 for property + add url and 23rd for real estate + add url on google.
    Now it has ranked sub-pages it shouldn't be too difficult to produce a reasonable income.
    I am selling cause I dont have the time. If you cant make more than 25% ROI I would be surprised

    I took another $40.00 yesterday on ssdc.info making $80 in the last week since it was ranked,
