    I assume you're selling the site but NOT the affiliate accounts? So you still keep the affiliate accounts and the revenue generated from players you've already signed up ($1-$1.5k per month), and the buyer owns the website ONLY and would then have to build their own affiliate base. So basically you would be paying $300-500 for a site with 2-3k U.V's per day and the POTENTIAL to earn $XXXX monthly, not actual earnings.
