Nope, as you can see I get monthly ~$100 from submissions + $200 from sidewide links / year + $20 monthly for banner. All sites which are being sold for avarage monthly revenue x 12, so I should sell this dir for ~$1500 + I get still more revenue from submissions each month.

 

Don't you need to be a resident of Europe to own an EU address?

 

No, you may own .eu domains even if you do not live in Europe. You can also move your domain to EuroDNS and then they will be your official registrar and hold the main address of registrar as thei address.
