    Did you take a look at some of the sites where the backlinks come from? A lot of blog comments on spammed blogs. Like dating site forums. Worse than that, some of the sites are pretty close to child porn. Also the site was suspended by the host earlier this year. People shouldn't pay you for this domain - you should pay someone to take it from you!!
