    This price is too high for these domains which are only worth the price of a new registration and 10 mins of redirecting job.

    You drive the price of real "sweat and blood" PR domains higher (apart from taking advantage of the naive).

    It's not Dropped Domain, it's a fake redirect domain.
    If everyone buys dropped domain, they'll never down PR until the next update or if they don't do anything with the pr.
