Selling PR 3 Trapping/Hunting Videos Site - Adsense Earnings + Ebay

Up for auction is a PR 3 video site in the trapping/Hunting niche. The site is built on wordpress and has the "my video , ratings system" plugins already added, adding videos is simply point and click as the "my video" plugin pulls Video's via keywords with just one click and then you simply go to pending videos and add the ones ya want as you see fit to update, the thumb is automatically generated etc.


The domain name is great and perfectly keyword geared. Site gets has a steady traffic flow which includes some solid organic search engine traffic and has some sold backlink work already done. Site earns a steady $15-$18 a month via adsense. Site also generates a few bucks a month via clicks on the ebay partners network. There are also 5 link sales spots already added and all come up for renewal this year which is worth another $100. Site could also be a money maker using cpalead although i have never tried it.

how do people add/suggest new videos? and to u have traffic or more importantly adsense stats from before Jan?

I had the site set to where i would add videos and not open access for visitors to add but they could always suggest a video via contact form for addition but you can change it up anyway ya like ofcourse.
