    The site gained a PR 3 during the last PR update, but some datacenters haven't updated yet. live pr link

    Traffic is minimal 50-100 uniques per month, most from Search engines (see screenshots below).

    Assume no revenue as I didn't change the adsense pub code when i got the site. It's very easy to do it though (3 included files).

    Domain registered at namepros (free push)
    Payment via paypal

    They are not unique articles.

    There is no particular reason why I'm selling the site, basically I don't have a pet network to promote it, and also I'm removing some small sites from my overloaded server. The domain is great, brandable and 8 months old.

    No, the site doesn't use an article script. It works with html files and includes. It's very easy to add content, if you just edit an existing article and rename it.

    I guess yes, i haven't built the site though.
    I don't think that the articles are the problem as the value of this sale is the domain and its pagerank. You can easily install a wordpress and add unique content easily.
