If you have a high quality site, I would not recommend going with pop up ad network, because it will scare of visitors and you may lose site traffic. But you may give a pop up ad network a try and see how it works for you. Also I would go with some cpm ad network, if you don't already know what cpm is, cpm is cost per thousand impressions. That means that for 1,000 banners views/impressions you will earn money. I would recommend going with some ppc ad network and cpm ad network for your additional earnings.

Everything matters from your site, but of course you can manually approve the ads to meet your content. But BidVertiser has some issues such as not counting all the clicks, but ppc rates are pretty good if you manually approve ads.
If you approve the ads manually they pay pretty good for the clicks, but they are not that good ad network, they are alright. Not that good and that not bad.
Don't use pop-ups. I would try running banners from some affiliate networks, or maybe even try to do private ad sales or CPM.
i recommend , the traffic that you have, for it use CPA offers. and have newsletter or some thing free to offer them to get name ,email. and use it later to convert.
BidVertiser wouldn't be a good ad network for that kind of site I believe, because it has huge traffic and not a lot of people will click on BidVeriser ads. But you can give them a try and see.
