    Want to sell PR 3 Link Directory.

    Script is a php license and I purchased a beautiful premium template which I incorporated into the buy it now price. This directory has a lot of potential. It has a great domain name aswell and recieved a PR 3 without me even really promoting it. Whether it stays like that I have no idea.

    Gets about 400-500 uniques. At one point it was getting close to 1000 but I lost interest in promoting it. Links are submitted throughout the week but Im extremely picky on approving links which is why their are only around 200 out of a thousand plus that were submitted lol. Like I said Im picky.

    I monetized it with cj ads and I made a few dollars here and their. You can add adsense or whatever you wish. The featured sites can be removed aswell.

    Buyer is responsible for transfering the site. I don't know how to do myself which is why.

    Also if you purchase at buy it now you can leave it on my server for 3 months.

    If you win by auction you have one month to remove the site off my server.

    Yes its a purchased license. I can send you a copy of awstats or webalizer up to you. No revenue shots but like I said a made a few dollars here and their but nothing to brag about.
